Dance Disaster

Magz has got this talent show audition on Wednesday and she's left it until today (2 days before) to change her dance completely...new song, new tempo and new moves. She's been asking me about all the moves and I'm lucky if I can shuffle my feet let alone pirouette or arabesque...

Pantry+PJs= I NEED A BF!

Tomorrow, Mum's gonna have to peel me out of my pyjamas - I havn't got changed out of them all day. Had nothing to do so I organised the pantry and fridge...God, I need a boyfriend!

Off to see Happy Feet 2 tomorrow at 11am - 11am! I'll be lucky to be awake at 10 am, what? I'm a growing girl!

Parent Palaver

It's been about a month since I last saw my dad. Mum has been separated from my dad for coming up to 3 years. I used to visit him every Thursday and every other weekend at his house just 1 village away from my home until last month. I decided I no longer wanted to see him after he constantly let me down.

Magz hasn't seen him either...until now. As I speak (well, type), she's downstairs with Mum writing a letter to Dad about what has to change for him to be able to see her again. I know I should be happy but it's making me sad. Now, I feel obliged to see him - which I don't want to.

Well, I suppose it does at least give me a break from Magz...

What To Do?

Lately, Magz and I don't know what to do with ourselves. We're both off from school due to it being half term holiday and we're bored!

At least I've got a stack of homework to keep me occupied but Magz is driving me CRAZY! She's got nothing to do but annoy me; she's doing a good job of it, too! I was so frustrated that I needed to get out of the house, so I took her down to the local park. BAD IDEA! "Push me! Push me!", I finally gave in and pushed her on the swing. I must've been pushing her on that dam swing for about 20 seconds then she said "STOP! STOP! TOO HIGH!". I got my revenge though when she went on the round-about...PUKES-VILLE!

Vampire Valentine's

Happy Valentines Day!

Okay, so I did get a card...from my Mum. She also got me and Magz (Magnolia, my sister) a rose each because we bought her a giant bar of Mint Aero.

I look like a vampire. I've got blood in my mouth and around my lips because i've  had 2 of my teeth taken out at the dentist. It was horrible - made me cry.

Just came in from going out to the DVD shop. We've rented "Kung Fu Panda 2" and "Made in Dagenham" plus Mum also bought "Brick Lane" for me. Can't eat for 4 hours so no popcorn with the movies...

Valentine Hopefull

It's Valentine's Day tomorrow, yet again another day of the year where I have to be reminded that I'm single. Another day where the couples that surround me can rub my nose in their over-whelming happiness.

Tomorrow is gonna be a different Valentine's though. There's four lonely ladies in the house. Me, my lil' sis' (she's too heart-broken from her latest break up to give a dam about the 14th Feb anyhow), Mum and Anna-Rose (our lodger). Anna's got a boyfriend but he's had to fly over to India to attend a funeral so she's a bit sad. This afternoon, a rose bouquet arrived for her from him - that put a smile on her face! Anyway, it's going to be different because Mum's gonna make a special "who-needs-love" dinner and we're gonna watch non-romantic movies (although, I had been dying to watch "Romeo & Juliet", the one with Leonardo DiCaprio, since Christmas).

I hope I get a card...or ten!
